No. The price you see is the price you pay. LLM API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are included in Hosted plans. For Managed and Skills, you cover your own API usage — we'll help you estimate costs upfront.

For Managed plans, data stays entirely on your infrastructure — we never touch it. For Hosted plans, data is stored in SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) in the region of your choice. For Skills, everything stays on your local OpenClaw instance.
Our Hosted infrastructure follows SOC 2 Type II controls and we are actively pursuing formal certification. We can provide our security documentation and compliance posture upon request.
Yes. For healthcare and other regulated industries, we offer BAA agreements and can deploy agents in HIPAA-compliant environments. Managed deployments on your own compliant infrastructure are also an option.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). API keys and credentials are stored in enterprise-grade vaults. We follow zero-trust principles across all deployments.
